Bishop Cotton Boys’ School delivered an outstanding performance at the La Martiniere Girls’ Model United Nations 2026, held in Lucknow from 3rd to 5th July 2026. The school was represented by a delegation of nine students, accompanied by Mrs. Tabassum Ali.
The delegation demonstrated exceptional preparation, diplomacy, and debating skills, earning several individual accolades. Dhruv Kulkarni (UNCND) and Sukrit Sivaprasad (DCJ) were adjudged Best Delegates. Ayush Prem (UNHRC) and Syed Adeeb (UNGA) received First Honourable Delegate awards, while Md. Dayaan Munavar (TOT) earned a Special Mention and Thavanes Kanakaraj (CCC) received a Verbal Mention.
Adding to these individual successes, the Bishop Cotton delegation secured an impressive Second Place Overall in the conference delegation rankings. The team narrowly missed the Overall Best Delegation title by the slimmest of margins, making their achievement all the more commendable.
The stellar performance of the delegation reflects the students’ commitment, confidence, and excellence in the field of Model United Nations, bringing great pride to Bishop Cotton Boys’ School and upholding its proud tradition of excellence in public speaking, diplomacy, and leadership.
