Bishop Cotton Boys’ School emerged victorious in the CISCE U-14 Zone A Cricket Final, defeating St. Joseph’s Boys’ High School (SJBHS) in a commanding eight-wicket victory.
SJBHS won the toss and elected to bat first, posting a total of 60 runs for the loss of 4 wickets in 12 overs. Chasing the target, the BCBS team displayed excellent batting prowess and composure, scoring 63 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in just 9.1 overs.
With this impressive performance, BCBS won the match by 8 wickets with 2.5 overs to spare, showcasing outstanding teamwork, determination, and sporting excellence.
The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated coaches, Mr. Moin Ahmed and Mr. Manikanth, for their invaluable guidance, training, and constant encouragement, which played a significant role in this well-deserved victory.
